When we built our new home at Lake Erie Shores, we couldn't have asked for a better team than Chad Pengal, owner of Chadwick Homes, and Angie Black, realtor.

Both Parties were extremely helpful, courteous, and professional during the entire building process. All of our questions were addressed in a very timely fashion, and all of our concerns were eliminated. Chadwick homes was more than willing to help with advice or suggestions as our home plans progressed.

By the time we moved in to our new home, we considered both Chad Pengal and Angie Black our friends. If the situation should arise again, we would definitely choose this team for our housing needs.
