The president of Chadwick Homes, Charles Pengal, spends most of his time in the field supervising homes being built, not sitting in his office crunching numbers. From start to finish, he will be available to you and answer any concerns you may have throughout the process. Pengal is also the former construction chairman for the Lake County Chapter of Habitat for Humanity.
